Fellini Villa is built in a private plot (measuring 3500 square meters), in the quiet village of Pantokratoras.
The location is ideal, as it is quiet and peaceful, but also close to the famous tourist resort of Laganas, just 2 kilometers away.
The villa is surrounded by well-kept lawns, olive trees and your own private little orchard which includes lemon trees, orange trees and pomegranate trees. Outside, you will also find a large veranda, a sun terrace, a shaded dining area, a swimming pool with sun loungers and plenty of room for children to play.
The ground floor features an open plan living room and kitchen area. The living room includes a fireplace, flat screen TV and playstation (PS3). The kitchen features a dining table and is fully equipped with modern appliances such as a large refrigerator, electric cooker, microwave oven, kettle, coffee machine, frappe mixer, Tassimo coffee machine and toaster.
There are also two bedrooms, each with a double bed, balcony and a bathroom with a bathtub.
The staircase leads you to the attic where you will find a bedroom with a double bed and en suite bathroom with shower and another bedroom with 2 double beds.
