Located only 500 meters from Elia Beach, Lopez Villa is perfect for those who want to get down to the beach when they feel like experiencing more of the sand, sun and surf. If you are a surfer, you will realize the importance of rushing down when a huge wave breaks out. There are also two other beaches in the proximity of Lopez Villa, and they are ideal for those who want to simply walk on the beach, breathing in the sea air and taking in the wonderful scenery. All three beaches allow you to soak up the Greek sun.
There are multiple levels in the villa, and replete with amenities. A flatscreen television, cable, DVD player, Wi-Fi, dishwasher, washing machine, pool towels, bathrobes, slippers, and a safe deposit box are all provided, along with a fully-equipped kitchen and complimentary champagne on arrival. The rooms are airconditioned and there is also a fireplace for the winter.
Lopez Villa features a heated swimming pool, outdoor jacuzzi and a pergola with a sitting/dining area. You could barbecue by the pool and listen to some music (there is an outdoor surround sound audio system for this area). This is in addition to the pool beds and the sun lounge; and there is also a private terrace.
