This captivating home lays in 4.000m² outdoor area and is embellished with a 65m² private swimming pool (0,50-1,50 meters deep), also boasting a special children’s play area. Grown-ups can lounge to their sun loungers before idling back for al fresco barbecues with a recently constructed outdoor kitchen area with Broil King Gas BBQ, under sunset skies, on the shaded outdoor dinning area. The outdoor area is the perfect location for ice-cold G&Ts, taking in the scenes and watching the sun’s journey. With bespoke outdoor settings & tableware, it is an ideal holiday escape for those who seek the ultimate summery living and an unforgettable holiday experience. A ping pong table is also available outdoors to master your skills, inspiring entertainment and togetherness.
Our unique villa features a Large Private Pool, with a separate childern's part for our young visitors.

Offering a bespoke design, the exclusive Villa boasts four bedrooms & two bathrooms, one living rooms with a fully equipped kitchens, and can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests in real beds.

Four bedrooms lay on the floor. •
Two bedrooms have Queen Size beds (1.60x2.00) with access to balcony and the other two bedrooms have two single beds (1.60x2.00) featuring also access to a balcony, and a spacious shared bathroom is available featuring a bathtub clothes washing machine.

Welcome basket included, courtesy of the owner • Housekeeping, towels and linen changes every three days • Pool and garden cleaning twice per week • Two Baby cots & High chairs, Children’s plastic (non-breakable) plates and cups, are available upon request.

There is secured parking space inside the Villa’s premises for up to two cars • The property is well-equipped with: Fridge with freezer, One Electric stove with oven, Espresso Machine (capsules), Filter coffee machine, Microwave, Kettle, Sandwich Maker, Toaster, Juice Maker, Food Processor (Multi), Washing Machine, Iron & Board, Hair dryer in each bedroom, First Aid Kit, Fire Extinguisher, Safety Box.

🌿 Outdoor Pool Heating Policy
Temperature Range
Pool heating aims to maintain a maximum of 26 °C, depending on outdoor weather conditions.
Recommended Usage Months
Heating is generally offered during March to mid-June and October to November.
Advance Notice Required
Please provide at least 3 days’ notice prior to arrival to allow the pool to reach optimal temperature.
Heating Fee
Pool heating is available at an additional cost of €60/day.
Minimum Booking Period
Heating must be booked for the entire duration of your stay.
Weather Limitations
Heating does not operate when:
Outdoor temperature exceeds 25 °C
Rainy or unstable weather conditions
Please note that a pool cover is not available, which may affect heat retention.
🌍 Climate Crisis Resilience Charge
As of January 1, 2024, a Greek environmental tax applies:
€15/night from April to October
€4/night from November to March
The charge is payable in cash upon arrival.
