As the official holiday rental provider for Aphrodite Hills Resort, we offer our guests exclusive benefits and special discounts across a range of premium resort facilities.
A spacious 5-bedroom Superior villa boasting breathtaking views over the ravine down to the sparkling sea. It’s one of the few within walking distance of the Village Square, with shops, bars, restaurants, children’s club, golf clubhouse, tennis academy, and spa nearby.
The villa opens into a large open-plan lounge with dining area and modern kitchen, featuring a dishwasher, microwave, oven, and island. Floor-to-ceiling patio doors lead to an extensive terrace with a lounge area, shaded dining, and built-in gas BBQ for alfresco meals.
Downstairs are two bedrooms,a double and a twin (zip & lock), sharing an ensuite and both with wardrobes and A/C. The twin room opens to the landscaped garden and pool with panoramic views. Laundry facilities are under the stairs.
Up a short flight is a mezzanine with two twin bedrooms, each with ensuite bathrooms; one has a private balcony overlooking the sea and pool. Another small lounge/office with sea views and ensuite bathroom sits above, featuring a walk-in wardrobe.
The master bedroom at the top floor offers floor-to-ceiling windows with stunning views, a lounge area, large wardrobe, and dressing table.
Outside, a 10m x 5m infinity pool with walk-in steps is surrounded by multi-level terraces and lush gardens. A gazebo by the lower garden level offers the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the ravine and sea views.
Superior Villas include below services:

Pool Heating
- Pool heating is available for an additional surcharge,(excluding June, July, and August.)
- We require a minimum of 3 working days to arrange kerosene fuel delivery before the heating can be switched on.
We kindly ask for your understanding that no exceptions can be made, so please ensure your request is submitted as early as possible.
Disclaimer – Heated Pools
- Pool heating may require up to four days to reach the desired temperature.
- Water temperature is influenced by weather conditions, particularly during winter. When the air temperature falls below 10°C, the pool may not achieve the expected warmth.
- Minimum 5 days.
- Advance booking is required at least 5 days prior to arrival.
