Villa Description
Main House
Villa Sparkle lies on 2 Levels and can comfortably host up to 10 guests.
On the Ground Level, there is an open plan room with a modern fully equipped kitchen with a dining area and a small living area with in-built sofas and a fireplace. A door from the kitchen leads out to the laneway which is useful for getting the grocery shopping easily into the house.
On the Upper Level, there are two bedrooms: A very elegant master bedroom suite with a king-size bed which can also be separated into twin beds, a living area with a TV, and a modern en-suite bathroom with a shower. Doors lead to a veranda with wonderful sea and pine forest views. Across the landing is a delightful room with two single beds and doors also leading to the veranda. This bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom with a shower.
Adjacent to the main house, there is a third bedroom with its own private entrance from the garden which is very peaceful and airy with an in-built double/twin bed and a very stylish modern bathroom.
On the outdoor area there are two independent guesthouses:
One guesthouse of 40 m² has two entrances, one from the street and one from the garden, with direct access to the pool area and includes a kitchenette, a sitting area, and a double en-suite bedroom.
One guesthouse of 30 m² has a living area, kitchenette, and a double en-suite bedroom.
The garden is delightfully planted with colorful flowers offering seclusion and private moments. In a quiet spot to the side of the main veranda, there is an outdoor BBQ dining area for ten people. The swimming pool (7.5m x 4m) with sun loungers and a lounge area with a built-in seating area is the perfect spot for relaxation.
