The 700 m2 main Villa lies on 5 levels, has 10 bedrooms and a guest house can easily accommodate 16 guests and is accessible by elevator.
On the Main Level, there is a spacious living room with a fireplace, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a guest WC, and two staff bedrooms with a bathroom as well as a staff kitchen.
On the Ground Level, there are three bedrooms: Two bedrooms with an ensuite bathroom and an independent guest bedroom with an ensuite bathroom.
On the Second Level, there are 5 bedrooms (four of them are ensuite ): The Master bedroom with wonderful views to the bay, a Double bedroom, a Twin bedroom, and two Single bedrooms (the one has an ensuite bathroom).
On the Upper Level, there is another ensuite Master bedroom, a sitting area, and a terrace with exceptional sea views.
On the Lower Level, there is the Home Cinema room, a mini gym, a sauna, and a bathroom.
The outdoor area invites the guests to live the absolute holiday experience wandering throughout the splendid gardens, laying around the large swimming pool, and admiring the breathtaking landscape scenery. The independent beach house next to the sea is fully furnished and includes a bedroom with a bathroom, a kitchenette, and an indoor/outdoor sitting area.
From the villa, there is direct access to a pebble beach with private access where you can enjoy a truly serene day at the sea. A few steps further there is a private dock for direct connection to the sea taxi for Spetses island or either accommodating boats in a privileged location.
