The 400 m2 stylish Villa Ventura rests on a 680 m2 terrain, lies on two levels, has 6 bedrooms, and can comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests.
On the Ground Level, there is a spacious living area with a flat-screen TV, handmade paintings, direct access to the swimming pool, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area (can host 8 guests), and three bedrooms: Two double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, and a double bedroom with the bathroom not ensuite.
On the Upper Level, there are two double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and a twin bedroom (separate beds 1mx2m mattress each) with an ensuite bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a WC.
The outdoor area is the hidden gem of Villa Ventura! Guests can relax next to the 40m2 bio-pool while enjoying the tranquility and elegance of the surroundings. The large pool features a resistance swimming system, a hydro-massage operated by a remote control, and a choice of different color illumination scenarios.
