Villa Description
The elegant 900m2 Villa Infinita, lies on three levels, has 6+2 bedrooms, and can comfortably accommodate up to 16 guests.
On the Ground Level, there is a spacious living room with sofas, TV and fireplace, a dining area (can host up to 8 guests), a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary amenities, and an open barbecue, as well as the gym. From this level, there is direct access to the Master Pool and the lounge area around it.
On the Upper Level, three ensuite spacious bedrooms with King size beds, A/C, gorgeous views of the sea and the island Diaporos, and access to the veranda, with a sitting area.
On the Lower Level, there are three spacious ensuite bedrooms with a shower, a sauna, and a lounge area with a billiard table.
There are also two independent suites, located right next to the main house. Each suite, includes a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and a bedroom and has direct access to the Small Pool and the lounge area
around it.
The outdoor area is surrounded by a lush garden of 10.000m2 which leads directly to the private beach. In the garden area, there is a professional tennis court with headlights, perfect for night practice, a Volleyball Court on the grass, a safe playground with sand for the kids, a mini-football court, and a herbal garden with organic vegetables and spices.
Villa Infinita features two swimming pools that complete the ideal setup for gatherings with your loved ones while enjoying privacy and seclusion: The infinity Master pool is in front of the Main House ( 25 m x 7.5m) and the max. depth is 1.7m. The pool itself and the surrounding area are heated, It is surrounded by numerous lounge options, including a sitting area, sunbeds, and poufs. The Small pool is in front of the independent Suites (10 m x 5m) and the depth is 0.85m. Due to the unique, glass construction, it offers gorgeous views of the sea and the pool itself. It is also surrounded by sitting areas and sunbeds.
