Italian Luxury Kitchen: Fully equipped with built-in oven, hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, juicer, coffee maker, blender, Nespresso machine, and central island with high stools.

Pool Level
The ground floor accesses the pool, terrace areas and outdoor dining areas.
The 40 m2 swimming pool has a stunning infinity feature where the water cascades over the end of the pool. It features beautiful non-slip mosaic tiles, has a shallow children’s area and a poolside shower.
There is an option for the pool to be heated on request with an extra cost.
The very large beautiful outdoor living space includes luxury sunbeds and designer lounge chairs available for the use of guests.
A full outdoor dining area and kitchen is situated next to the pool. It has a charcoal BBQ, sink and fridge. A large dining table has covered pergola for shade and a heater if required.
