OUTDOOR
The large private yard (300 m²) and the balcony are partially overlooking the Caldera, the Aegean Sea and the most famous sunset of Oia in Santorini. There is a BBQ area with outdoor dining facilities for 8 persons, to enjoy your lunch or dinner with your friends and family.
There is a private outdoor heated hydro massage spa for 8 persons, as well as a private swimming pool which are combined with the perfect sea view and will keep you fresh and relaxed the whole day in privacy. Luxury, together with ultimate privacy offer you an unforgettable stay and certainly a unique experience.
INDOOR
There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in this villa.
One bedroom with a double king size bed and one bedroom with 2 single beds are located on the lower level of the villa, while the third loft bedroom is located on the upper level, separate from the other two, featuring with a king size bed and its own bathroom.
In addition, on the lower level of the villa, the sofa is easily transformed to a double queen bed.
All bedrooms have wardrobes and air-conditioning, eco-friendly mattresses & upper bedclothes, as well as feathered pillows. A baby cot and an extra single folding camp bed are available on request.
A fully equipped kitchen with a blender, electric grill, electric stove, refrigerator, toaster, filter and Nespresso coffee makers, kettle, kitchenware, cooking utensils, pantry items and other modern facilities as well as a kitchenette are available in the villa. There are two dining areas, for 6 persons each.
There is a bathroom on each level, equipped with WC, shower, bath towels, slippers, hypoallergenic shampoo and shower gel, hair dryer, 220V shaver plug and a washing machine.

LOCATION
Swinging Sunset Villa is located in the north of Santorini Island in the traditional settlement of Oia (i’.a) village. It is just 400 m. from the village, but far enough away from “civilization” to be peaceful and relaxed. Both Ammoudi bay as well as Katharos beach are just a short walk away. From Ammoudi bay you can swim to St.Nicolas island. You can rent a boat or arrange a sailing tour for a trip to the Volcano and Thirasia island or just around Caldera.
