Villa Athena (GV02)
This stunning four-bedroom villa, part of the prestigious Mythos Collection, is located in Aeneas Grand Villas and offers uninterrupted panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea.
Elegantly furnished with plush seating, a fireplace, and a dining area for 10, the living space opens through French doors to breathtaking sea views. The luxury kitchen features carved units, marble surfaces, and all modern appliances.
The ground floor includes a guest WC and a double bedroom with pool terrace access and an en-suite shower. Upstairs, the master suite boasts a king-size bed, balcony with sea views, and a granite-tiled en-suite with twin basins, bath, and shower. Two additional bedrooms, one double and one twin, have their own en-suite bathrooms.
The lower ground floor houses a utility room with laundry facilities.
Outside, a large terrace with an outdoor kitchen, bar, BBQ, shaded dining area, and comfortable seating surrounds a 10m infinity pool, all designed to maximize the spectacular sea views.

Disclaimer – Heated Pools
- Most heated pools are electrically heated and may require up to four days to reach the desired temperature.
- Water temperature is influenced by weather conditions, particularly during winter. When the air temperature falls below 10°C, the pool may not achieve the expected warmth.
- Minimum 5 days.
- Advance booking is required at least 5 days prior to arrival.
