LAYOUT
The property expands on multiple levels. Guests enter from the highest level which hosts the parking area and leads to the upper level with the Hammam and gym facilities and the entrance to the first guest room (“Syros”) which features a mezzanine with an en suite double bedroom and a spacious wooden terrace with a built-in Jacuzzi (may be accessed from outside the bedroom too).
The next level down (main/pool level) hosts the main outdoor area with the Infinity pool, the pool bar, a pool bathroom facility (shower and toilet) and the 2 main accommodation units on the left and right of the pool. The first unit hosts the kitchen and main living and dining area on the ground floor and 1 double bedroom (“Naxos”) on the first floor. Behind this unit is the Chef’s kitchen and staff facilities. The second unit hosts 2 double bedrooms (“Tinos” and “Andros”, optionally interconnected).
Descending to the lower level, guests may find the bio garden on the left and enter a cave style passage on the right which exits to the guest houses area. This area hosts 5 independent guest houses with independent entrances (“Yaros”, “Baos”, “Rhenia”, “Delos”, “Paros”), a kitchenette for the guests of this level and the chapel. All guest houses are double except “Baos” which is single. In addition, “Delos” and “Rhenia” are optionally interconnected while “Rhenia” may also be set as a quadruple with the use of 2 roll-away pull-out beds. All units enjoy unobstructed sea/sunset views.
