parking space of up to 10 cars. In the main pool area, there is a large outdoor event space for up to 500

LAYOUT
The property consists of 3 large villas, 2 independent bungalows and 2 independent pool suites while it
has an abundance of fully furnished indoor and outdoor spaces.
Villa A consists of 5 spacious bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, a large living room, a dining area and a
fully equipped kitchen.
Villa B consists of 6 spacious bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, a large living room and a kitchenette and it connects with Villa C which consists of 5 spacious bedrooms (one of which is a master bedroom of 80 m2 with a private living area and large Jacuzzi on the balcony – all locates on the 1st floor of the building) and a cozy living room on the ground floor.
The Bungalows are located at the lower level of the Property and consists of 2 optionally interconnecting bedrooms with en suite bathrooms.
The 2 Pool Suites, which also optionally interconnect, feature two large en suite bedrooms each with a private mini pool which may be heated upon request. All units are fully air-conditioned with individual systems and equipped with audio and video systems including Smart TVs, high tech ALARM system and CCTV in the surrounding area.
The outdoor area of the Property features Mediterranean gardens, a natural grass area and 2 large Infinity
pools with sea views and multiple lounge spaces in convenient spots around all units. The first pool is
located at the main terrace in front of Villas B and C while the second pool is located outside of Villa A.
The 2 private mini pools which may be heated upon request are located right in front of the pool suites.
The main terrace is also equipped with a stone bar with a gas operating BBQ and a built-in Italian oven
and 2 large sitting and dining areas.
