The Villa GAIA is an extraordinary villa of unique subterranean architectural concept and minimalist style décor with wooden elements, whose construction was completed in 2019. It may comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests and is situated close to Mykonos centre (Chora) but on an exceptionally private and quiet location in Tourlos, overlooking Agios Stefanos bay. Due to its distinctive design, each and every room of the property faces the western Aegean Sea and enjoys amazing unobstructed sea sunset views.
The villa consists of the main house and the guest house and features 5 bedrooms plus 1 assisting bedroom and 5 bathrooms plus one 1 guest WC and one 1 gym WC in total.
The main house hosts the main interior living and dining spaces, 4 en suite bedrooms (one of which is master), the open plan kitchen space with its large cooking/food preparation areas, the wine room and the gym. The independent guest house consists of a large room apartment which features a double bed, the living room area with a small kitchen and a sofa which turns into a double bed and 2 bathrooms. The space may be separated into two different rooms according to the guests' wishes, each with its own bed (one of which is the sofa) and separate bathroom. All villa's bedrooms have sea sunset views and open to their own private patios.
The spacious outdoor deck (of a total of approximately 500 sq. m.) features the 20x4 m. private Infinity pool which overlooks the Aegean Sea, the dining and BBQ area, the outdoor Home Cinema and multiple sitting and lounge areas all around the property where the guests may relax all together or independently.
