Villa Carmen is brand new waterfront property in Aleomandra with amazing unobstructed sea views, built at the edge of a rocky shore in a wind protected spot right above the Aegean waters.
It expands on 3 levels and features 6 en suite double bedrooms (out of which the 2 are masters), an additional en suite staff room, 7 bathrooms and 2 open plan kitchens and may comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests.

The first floor features the second open plan kitchen and 2 en suite double bedrooms, out of which one is a master with panoramic sea views. Both bedrooms open to the first-floor terrace with built-in lounge areas and the fire pit. The staff room is also located on this level, right next to the kitchen, and has its own bathroom.
The second floor hosts the main master bedroom with panoramic sea views and a walking closet, which opens to the terrace with the outdoor Jacuzzi. All 3 levels may be accessed by the stairs or the lift of the villa.
