This amazing Villa is located on the south side of Mykonos island, within 5 minutes walking distance from Agrari beach that is next to the popular beach of Elia. The Plot is 4500 sq.m. and is on the top of the hill, giving you the chance to feel the Aegean breeze and observe stanning unobstructed panoramic sea views. Mykonos town is 15 minutes from the Villa and famous Elia beach 20 minutes by car.

The Villa can accommodate 10 guests and 2 children. The building is divided in three parts, the main Villa, the pool house and the guest's suite. As you enter to the main Villa on the ground floor, there is a very nice open space living room, dinning & kitchen area. On the first level in the main Villa there is a master bedroom with an en suite bathroom and a double room with a bathroom. The pool house has 2 double beds and an en suite bathroom as well as separate entrance from the rest of the Villa. The third part of the Villa is a studio with 1 double bed plus one "cave" bedroom ideally for children and an en-suite bathroom; the studio is under the pool and has also its own separate entrance. 

Petra is a brand-new Villa that is build by natural materials in total accordance with the area’s landscape. The property is an ideal place to relax with your loved ones and create memorable experiences, worth to been told. The terrace area is 400 sq.m and it is designed in a way that gives you many options to enjoy your time and have fun. It has an outdoor gym, Jacuzzi, meditation, massage, BBQ, an infinity pool that it is 30 sq.m all with an unobstructed sea views.
