The villa is part of a historical residential complex of houses, built more than 100 years ago. Most of the original construction survived the disastrous earthquake of 1953. On the same remains and with new original plans the family rebuilt the houses. The aim is to experience the same way of living like our ancestors did.
All the furniture are solid wood antiques handmaiden from famous local wood artist.
The house is perfect for history lovers and the travelers that want more than an ordinary accommodation in a villa.
The main facilities are adjusted in our modern times in order to make the accommodation as comfortable as it can be.
The house consists of two storey’s. The ground floor accommodates 2 people with one double bed and a bathroom with a shower. On the same level there is a traditional kitchen, a dining table and a living room.
The upper floor accommodates 7 people and consists of a bedroom with a single and a double bed, a second bedroom with 2 single beds and a third one, with a double bed.
All the bedrooms have en suite bathrooms. The master bedroom benefits from a spacious luxury bathroom with 2 showers.
The views of the house benefit from the outstanding infinite green hill of St.Georges Castle together with the perfect tranquil setting of the woods and olive groves around it. The house also provides two parking spaces.
At the center of the complex is the 16th Century Church of St.Nicolas, fully restored as well, from the family.
An ideal scenery for weddings ,gatherings and a perfect venue for vow renewals.
The area is called "The Quarter of the Angels" after whom the villa was named.
The residential complex is 100 meters from Il Borgo restaurant and the Olive Garden restaurant, and only 500 meters away from the entrance of the St.Georges Castle which is open for visitors and has a breath taking 360 view of the island. Its direct access to the main road brings you only 4 min by car away from all the areas amenities, super market and petrol station.
This amazing place of true tranquility is 4klm from the Capital Argostoli, the Airport and the area of Lassi. The closest beaches of Ai-Hellis, Avithos, Lourdas e.t.c. are a 10min drive away.
