This unique beach house in the charming area of Lassi with direct access (only 20 steps) from the amazing sandy beach of Makrys Gialos, one of the most famous beaches for its golden sand and shallow-waters in the island, is ideally positioned to enjoy summers.
Living is easy in this impressive residence which is ideal for families or big parties. The house is equipped with all the comforts for a great luxurious vacation. Only 3klm away from the airport and 1.5klm from the capital of Argostoli. A walk away from all the restaurants, super markets and many bars of the area where you can enjoy the night life without having to drive there!
The spectacular balcony with an infinite view to the blue sea and the amazing horizon, enjoys amazing sunsets, a perfect scenery for evening cocktails and barbecues!
The house is divided in two levels. The first level consists of a big studio with 2 single beds that can be join and become one including a couchette bed as well. The studio benefits of a walk-in glass shower, a separate bathroom and a kitchenette with all facilities needed for a morning coffee or a snack. This studio on the upper level is completely autonomous.
The lower floor has a master space with its own entrance which accommodates a master bed room with a king size bed and an en-suite bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a living room.
The beach house also consists of an extra guest room with a double bedroom and its en-suite bathroom, totally separated from the master space and benefits of its own entrance, as well.
This beach house is paradise at the point.
