This two-bedroom Junior Villa is ideal for those wishing to be close to all resort amenities, being only a couple of minutes stroll from the beautiful village square, golf club, spa and tennis academy. Tastefully and elegantly furnished, this property is the ideal choice for an unforgettable stay at Aphrodite Hills.
The entire property is decorated in neutral tones with colourful highlights and has high quality furniture throughout.
The open-plan living/dining room features a comfortable sofa and armchair and solid oak dining table with 6 leather chairs. The room is complimented by coordinating blinds and curtains and striking paintings which dominate the walls. Sets of French doors lead out to the pool terrace. The modern kitchen with its granite work surfaces is complete with modern stainless steel appliances including dishwasher and electric oven and hob.
The first bedroom is located on the ground floor with two single beds (zip & lock) and is furnished with twin beds and offers direct access to the pool terrace through shuttered French doors. Adjacent is a shower room with shower cubicle, vanity unit and WC.
A staircase leads up to the master bedroom featured with a double bed (zip & lock) which is luxuriously furnished with a king size bed. Coordinating cushions and pictures add splashes of colour to the modern neutral décor, and the high ceiling and 2 picture windows make the room light and airy. French doors lead out to a private terrace overlooking the pool. The en-suite full bathroom completes the facilities.
Outside, the property is complete with outdoor dining furniture, sun loungers and the central attraction; a magnificent 8m x 4m private swimming pool. Of course, should you tire of simply relaxing in these magnificent surroundings you will find a wide selection of the Resort’s amenities and activities within just a couple of minutes stroll of this conveniently located villa.
