Introducing our newest villa, “Vitamin Sea”, the beachfront villa that surpasses every expectation. “Vitamin Sea” sits at the edge of a sandy beach in Sithonia, offering a spectacular sea view. This three-storey villa is impeccably designed, great care and attention can be seen in every detail of decoration and furniture which have truly high qualities. It is nested within a beautiful garden with palm trees and flowers.
Offering plenty of space and its wonderful amenities, this residence is an ideal choice for big family gatherings or large groups seeking to enjoy their holidays right next to the beach!
The villa consists of 3 levels and is separated in 2 maisonettes, ideal for 2 families which desire both their privacy and coexistence in the same space with their friends . Each one has its private entrance and features all the necessary amenities of a residence.
Entering the villa from the slightly degraded entrance, guests benefit from the spacious living room with a flat screen TV, an A/C unit and direct access to the patio. On this floor, there is also a full bathroom with shower and a fully equipped, open plan kitchen with all the essential appliances such as dishwasher, Nespresso machine and table with chairs, for a comfortable stay. There are 2 bedrooms on this level, Bedroom I consists of a queen size bed and a closet while Bedroom II features 2 single beds and a wardrobe.
On the first floor, there is Bedroom III with a double bed, an A/C unit, a sink with a fridge and an ensuite full bathroom with shower. In addition to the internal stairs that can lead to this bedroom, there are also external stairs with an autonomous entrance and a veranda.
The entrance to the second maisonette is on the first floor as well, but it is private and from the other side of the building. Entering this maisonette, there is a spacious living room with a flat screen TV, an A/C unit and direct access to the furnished veranda. On this floor there is also a WC and a fully equipped open plan kitchen, with all the essential appliances such as Nespresso machine, fridge, oven and table with chairs, for a comfortable stay.
Following the internal stairs to the second floor, there are 3 more bedrooms and a full bathroom with shower. Bedroom IV features a queen size bed and an A/C unit. Bedroom V consists of 2 built single beds and a closet. Bedroom VI includes a bunk bed for children and a desk.
Front patio offers an amazing sea-view, and is furnished with 6 armchairs and a wooden dining table, covered by a sunshade.

The villa consists of two maisonettes but is rented as one residence.
There are 6 bedrooms, 2 living rooms with fully equipped kitchens, 3 full bathrooms and 1 WC in the villa.
There are 4 A/C units in the villa, 1 in each living room, 1 in the Bedroom III and 1 in the Bedroom IV.
Each maisonette features a washing machine.
The beach is right across the street.
Pets are not allowed.

It is important to mention that all of our residences are self-catered. We provide clean sheets and bath towels as well as pool towels, which we renew every week upon request. There are a few welcome products but we do not provide goods for cooking and personal care during your stay. You are more than welcome to bring with you your own sanitary ware and products.
According to the Greek Law, we are obligated to register your stay, so the passport or ID number of the person making the reservation is necessary.
About the neighbourhood
Metamorfosi is a small quiet village in the northwestern part of Sithonia and just 300 metres away from the house. There, someone can find supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants and beach bars.
Nikiti, one of the biggest cities in Halkidiki, is just 5 kilometres away.
We kindly request you to:
- respect the non-smoking policy.
- take your rubbish out on a daily basis. Recyclables may be separated, gathered together in large bags and be thrown into large blue bins located all around the main highway of Halkidiki.
- avoid making noise during midday (15:00-17:30) and after 23:00.
- save resources, both water and electricity. Please think in a more sustainable way and do not waste water or have the A/Cs working while patio doors are open.
