This beachfront house, offering a warm living ambiance right next to the sea, is an ideal summer retreat for families who want to relax and enjoy the water all day long, yet just a few minutes’ drive from the village of Pefkochori and its bustling beach bars and shops.
This is a three-level semi-detached house in a beautiful complex of just a few villas where you can also book villa Amalthia(next door villa) and villa Apollo.The best aspect of this beach holiday rental is definitely the fact that it is so close to the water! Just 50 meters away, following a small path, you reach the beach of Glarokavos.
On ground floor guests can take advantage of the cozy living room with direct access to the patio and fully equipped kitchen.On the upper level (attic), the master bedroom, with king size bed, A/C unit and en suite bathroom are found.There is plenty of space here to add a baby cot, making this room ideal for families.
Lower level has 2 more bedrooms, elegantly decorated, and a full bathroom. Bedroom II has a single bed, where a second single bed opens up underneath, and bedroom III has a folding out couch. This floor is partly underground, so it’s cool during summer days. There are windows offering natural sun light as well.
Please note that internet and phone reception in the area are rather slow, making this the ideal accommodation option for those who want to get away from it all.

Guests enjoy an electrical portable BBQ at the side of the villa, and the comfort of all essential electrical appliances.
Please keep in mind that there is an A/C unit in each floor.

It is important to mention that all of our properties are self-catered. We provide clean sheets and bath towels as well as pool towels, which we renew every week upon request. There are a few welcome products but we don’t provide goods for cooking and personal care during your stay. You are more than welcome to bring with you your own sanitary ware and products.
According to the Greek Law, we are obligated to register your stay, so the passport or ID number of the person making the reservation is needed.
About the Neighborhood
Pefkochori is a lively touristy coastal village on the eastern side of the Kassandra peninsula, where you will find a beautiful long sandy beach and tourist shops, restaurants, bars and nightclubs.
Our beach holiday rental, Athena, is located 2klm from the village of Pefkochori. The beach is 50m away, very easily reached on foot through the path of the complex.
In close proximity, easily reached on foot, guests can find an organized beach for coffee and snacks (beach bar Glarokavos).
We kindly ask you to:
- respect the non-smoking policy. There is plenty of space outdoor, balconies, patio, garden that smokers may enjoy their smoke. Following guests will appreciate this as well.
- take your rubbish out regularly. Recyclables are thrown into the large blue bins located all around the main highway of Halkidiki.
- keep it quiet during midday (15.00-17.30) and after 23:00
- save resources, both water and electricity. Please think in a more sustainable way and do not let water running useless.
