This brand new, luxurious Elite Superior Villa is splendidly furnished and equipped to a very high standard and is the first of the many villas on the newly constructed Grand Poseidon complex overlooking the resort main entrance. Featuring a pleasing view of the dramatic ravine and is just a couple of minutes stroll from the Village Square and all amenities of the resort.
The impressive entrance opens into the spacious open plan living/dining area which opens out onto the pool terrace. The beautifully furnished living area boasts a comfortable sofa matched with a stylish armchair making their own statement within the lounge, offering a flat-screen TV on a low cabinet and minimal décor. An adjacent dining area features modern dining table and chairs which sits alongside the open kitchen space. The kitchen is fitted with stylish high-gloss units and is well stocked with all necessary utensils and top-quality equipment, including electric oven and hob, integrated dishwasher and microwave.On the ground level, you will also find the first bedroom with Twin Beds which offers a Zip & Lock bed that can be arranged as a double, as well as a shower room and a guest WC.
Upstairs, the spacious master bedroom suite is beautifully furnished with a king size bed, TV, dresser and matching side tables it offers a private balcony offering side sea views. The en-suite bathroom is fitted with a bathtub and shower.
The hallway leads on to the two remaining bedrooms, one large double and one twin bed (zip & lock), with their own luxurious WC & shower rooms, one facing seawards and the other with views of the surrounding hillside.On the lower level, you will find the fifth bedroom, which features double bed and en-suite shower room.You will also find a laundry room, with high quality washing machine and dryer.
The property also features underfloor heating ensuring a comfortable and cozy living environment throughout the winter months.
The high standards continue outside. A covered veranda leads off from the lounge and is furnished with a table and chairs, whilst to the side of the villa the barbeque area with gas barbeque perfect for preparing al-fresco meals. This shady spot also features comfortable, cushioned chairs for relaxing. For the sun seekers sunbeds are provided at the pool-side. The inviting swimming pool is perfect for cooling off on a hot summer’s day, and during cooler months the pool can be heated if required*. A colorful border of fragrant plants and green grass, completes the picture.
The village square, spa, golf clubhouse and tennis academy are all just a short stroll, to make this a highly desirable choice.
