If you are looking for a relaxing getaway, this idyllic 5-bedroom villa will surely exceed your expectations. This spectacular property is one of the largest villas on the resort, set on a plot measuring an impressive 3880 metres.
The entrance hallway leads to the open plan spacious lounge which is luxuriously furnished.The vaulted dining area can comfortably seat ten persons, with the kitchen area cleverly placed around the corner.
Patio doors open out from the lounge revealing the spectacular 12x5 meter pool. The patio area nests amidst fragrant shrubs, plants, and various kinds of native Cypriot flowers that also surround the large lawn. For all those who prefer to dine outside, have a BBQ or simply enjoy their breakfast by the pool the shaded dining areas together with the bar counter add the final touches to a wonderful outdoor experience.
All bedrooms feature an en-suite bathroom. The spacious master bedroom is located on the first floor and features a stunning terrace overlooking the pool and garden. The second bedroom is also located on this floor. They offer Double beds.
The third bedroom is found on the upper first floor with a double bed, with the fourth bedroom located in the mezzanine level and offers zip & lock beds.
The fifth bedroom is at the lower ground level and has patio doors that lead out to the pool level with a slowly inclining ramp. It has twin beds.
Pool size: 12 * 5m , depth 0.90m - 1.85 m
- We require a minimum of 3 working days to arrange kerosene fuel delivery before the heating can be switched on.
- We kindly ask for your understanding that no exceptions can be made, so please ensure your request is submitted as early as possible.
