Layout:
The villa enjoys a beautiful view, with many outdoors lounging areas, sunbeds and a private pool. Zen Art Villa is formed in 3 levels and it consists of 4 bedrooms as follows:
1st bedroom (independent from the main house): King size bed and a marble bathroom with a self-cleaning system rain shower. Open plan sitting area including dining table, separate kitchen with facilities and a great covered veranda with breathtaking view.
2nd bedroom (1st level): One bedroom with a King size bed, a private marble bathroom with bathtub and shower, an open plan sitting room and a dining area with a kitchenette; a card playing corner furnished with beautiful antique pieces and an authentic English card table. Only a drop away from the morning pool splash.
3rd bedroom (2nd level): Two separate bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and en-suite private marble bathroom and one with two single beds. Living room and kitchenette with a dining area. Private balcony with a picturesque sea and mountain view, for breakfast or sunset gazing.
4th bedroom (3rd level): Bedroom with a queen size bed, Greek marble bathroom with shower. Fully equipped interior kitchen, living room with interior dining table. Private high point sea and mountain view veranda and a shaded sitting area.
Outdoors:
The outdoor areas consist of a beautiful pool, sunbeds, fountain, living areas, pool WC & shower and parking area for 3-4 cars. Outdoor dining area for 8-10 guests or more, with superb view and a cooking bench with a fridge.
