Payment terms
• 40% reservation deposit upon booking. Remaining fee due to be paid no later than 8 weeks prior to arrival. If booking within 8 weeks of departure, full payment is required. Payment by wire transfer.
• Security deposit required by wire transfer at the time of the remaining fee payment and refunded in full within 15 days from departure provided no lo damage or loss is incurred.
• All bookings are final, non-refundable.
Villa Policies
• Villa Selene is part of a family owned residential complex. It's a sunctuary of inner peace and tranquility so we do ask our guests to respect the Greek summer quiet hours (14:30-17:30 and 23:00-8:00). Parties are not allowed.
