Villa Nelida celebrates traditional Cycladic architecture of white washed walls and traditional stone, blends into the striking environment of natural rocks and cactuses, surrounding the property, offering magnificent views from various sitting corners of the villa.
The verandas with the sunbeds, the built-in sofa and benches with cushions, the pergola with the white curtains, all aim to awaken your senses with undisturbed views all day long. The infinity pool dominates the outdoors area and the shaded terrace with sofas is ideal for your morning coffee or your afternoon drink whereas the outdoors dining table calls for a feast under the stars. Villa's Nelida outdoor areas with the stone paved paths remind of a Cycladic village, while the private church is ideal for a traditional Greek wedding or baptism.
Villa's interiors are equally welcoming decorated in eclectic style with ethnic touches. White dominates the space playing with the light while colorful touches from selected artworks, handpicked antique pieces and handmade items add to the overall ambience of the villa. Ornate chandeliers, ethereal white curtains, mirrors, ethnic carpets all create different sceneries in the dining and sitting areas in addition to the stunning views.
Layout
Four master rooms and two suites allow for privacy for you and your guests. The ground floor dining area seats eight to ten people. The eclectic ambience is forefront in the charming sitting area with fireplace, TV, stereo system and the breathtaking view. The fully equipped open plan kitchen makes food and snack preparation close and simple. You’ll find superb privacy in the spacious master bedroom with king size bed and en suite bathroom.
A mezzanine bedroom with a double bed and two single beds offers one more level of privacy for your guests.
The lower level of the house, along with the three of the four bedrooms, includes a second dining room with table and seating for eight and a bar. One large bedroom with king size bed, sitting area and en-suite bathroom. One more double bedroom with queen size bed, sitting area and en-suite bathroom offers more guest luxury.
