This 2-storey, 3-bedroom luxurious villa (ground and upper level) is situated on a 3.000 m2 plot in the area of Kalafatis and has a private swimming pool of 72 m2 (6m x 12 m). All areas of the villa are surrounded by a beautiful garden with pergolas and stone pedestals that protect the house from the northern winds. Dimitria was built in the traditional Mykonian/Cycladic architecture of white washed cube houses with a contemporary touch in the design and furniture.
