The villa consists of 7 bedrooms and accommodates up to 13 guests, several indoor and outdoor lounge areas, a wellness area with a gym and a sauna with sea view, built-in seating and sofas, a large dining area and private parking space for up to 6 cars.
The Villa is equipped with the latest technology audio and video systems (including Smart TVs in every bedroom) and a fully equipped Home Cinema with a ceiling projector.

Payment policies:
For reservations more than 60 days prior to check-in:
- Down payment 50% of the total amount upon reservation.
- Balance 50% of the amount 60 days prior to arrival.
- Security deposit 25% of the total amount required 2 weeks prior to check-in with a wire transfer or with credit card pre-authorisation upon arrival
For reservation less than 60 days prior to check-in:
- Down payment 100% of the total amount upon reservation.
- Security deposit 25% of the total amount required 2 weeks prior to check-in with a wire transfer or with credit card pre-authorisation upon arrival.
