Brand new villa with large private swimming pool and childrens area is located at Georgioupolis village, 27 kilometers from Rethymno. Within a walking distance of 3.5 km there is a sandy beach, a very cozy place for summer relaxation in Crete. There you can find many taverns, bars and shops, but in case you want more, Chania city is only 20 min drive away.

The property is 500 square meters and the villa is 120 square meters. The swimming pool has a children’s corner, sun loungers and sun beds are also provided. Villa can accommodate up to 6 people in its two double bedrooms, one twin bedroom, WC (with no shower) and WC/bathroom. You can have fun at the hydro massage cabin in the villa. Moreover there is a fully equipped kitchen with all modern comforts such as oven, dishwasher, fridge, coffee maker, toaster, blender etc… coffee and sugar are available aswell. The stylish and beautifully decorated living room has a fireplace, big screen HDTV with satellite cable, dvd player, WIFI and air condition. While seating at the balcony on the first floor you can enjoy sea and landscape views.
The villa has a safe on master bedroom and there is a barbeque area with dining table outside.
Close to the villa one can find a mini market for house supplies and more, and there is a tavern 500 meters from the house named Tzorias for enjoyable Cretan cuisine meals.

LOCATION
Georgioupolis is a popular vacation resort with a great long beach (it goes for several Km) and an idyllic harbor with little fishing boats at the north coast of the island, between the cities of Chania and Rethymnon (35 km from Chania, 25 km from Rethimnon). A fishing village up to 1990 or so, it was discovered and has been transformed into a popular holiday destination over the past 15 years, without losing its original charm and tranquility. Old eucalyptus trees and a small river that flows into the sea, create a distinctive and unique ambiance (it is a wildlife refuge). As for the location it is a great choice as a starting point for excursions into western Crete. At a distance of about 5 Km from Georgioupoli lies the Kournas sweet water lake that worth's a visit.
