Villa Limeri is 15 km away from the main town of Rethymnon and 15 min drive from a sandy beach. It is eclectic in design and architecture like a modern version of a "great hall". The land area devoted to the house is large (20 hectares), but really you benefit from the extension of this all into the underpopulated hills beyond.
