Built-in 2017 on a sprawling 4,130m² plot, Paros Villa Orian overlooks the pristine Isterni Bay and Tsoukalia Beach, offering spectacular views of the sea and neighboring islands. The villa’s secluded location allows for peaceful privacy while still being a quick drive to Naoussa (12 minutes), Ambelas and Tsoukalia Beach (5–7 minutes), Santa Maria (15 minutes), and just a 12-minute walk to the secluded Isterni Beach.
The Main House spans three levels, each featuring spacious outdoor lounging areas, pergolas, and patios for utmost privacy. The ground floor opens with a large, fully equipped kitchen adjacent to a stylish living area, providing direct access to an outdoor lounge and dining area beside the stunning infinity pool. This design creates a seamless indoor-outdoor experience.
On the first floor, an elegant master bedroom awaits with an en-suite bathroom, a private veranda with a wooden deck, and a unique rope ramp. This room offers sweeping views of the entire property, the pool, and the sea.
The lower level includes two additional master bedrooms with light green accents, a queen-size bed, and 2 single beds.
Accessible via a midway corridor (which also hosts a laundry room with washing and drying facilities, plus an auxiliary kitchen), the Left Wing includes two more master bedrooms. Each room, equipped with queen-size beds, has private bathrooms just steps away. Both enjoy direct access to a large veranda with shaded sunbeds and views of Naxos. At the end of the corridor, a second living room doubles as an additional bedroom with a cozy, spacious sofa and opens to another outdoor dining area with a built-in dining table.
Located on the upper level, the independent guest house is a private 40m² retreat. Accommodates up to four guests with a queen-size bed and neighboring fold-out sofa, complete with its kitchenette, bathroom, and a secluded veranda boasting panoramic sea views.
At the heart of the villa, the impressive 5x15m infinity pool, lined with sunbeds and an adjacent open-air stone bar, serves as a central gathering spot. Beside the bar, guests can enjoy a convenient pool shower and bathroom, as well as a BBQ area and traditional stone oven - perfect for creating memorable evenings together.
Additional amenities include a basketball court, three shaded parking spaces, and a closed storage area for sports equipment like windsurf boards.
