The premises’ area is approximately 5.5 acres. It consists of the main house, which is around 250 square kilometers. There are 5 separate guest houses, two which are rather large and are built as houses. The house was built in 2000 and was fully refurbished in 2008-2009. Its size and aesthetics are in harmony with the island’s natural environment.
The surrounding area is completely landscaped (a 20x9 pool, BBQ area, dining table, lounge area, changing rooms, a chapel, a court, paved paths and greenery).
The main house has 3 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The master bedroom’s en-suite bathroom also includes a Jacuzzi tub. There’s also a WC, a fully equipped kitchen (elective stove and oven, a microwave, dishwasher, fridges, etc.) 2 living rooms, and 2 dining rooms. The staircase inside leads from the main house to the playroom in the basement, where it includes a living room with a television, gym equipment (treadmill, a bench, weights), and toys (foosball table, ping-pong table, and an air-hockey table).
The two large guest houses have a spacious kitchen (an electric stove and oven, dish washer, refrigerators,
etc.), a dining room, a living room, 2 bedrooms with bathrooms, as well as a WC. The other three guest houses have bedrooms with bathrooms, a small kitchen (an electric stove and oven, fridge), and a small living and dining room. There are televisions in all the bedrooms. The main house and the two large guest houses have DVD players.
The house and in the lounge area in the outdoor BBQ have sound systems. All the rooms have airconditioning.
The living rooms in the main house also have a ceiling fan. All the furniture are in excellent condition.
The home infrastructure is of a high standard (includes a water tank & a generator), in order to avoid any problems during your stay. For safety reasons, there also are security cameras around the villa’s grounds.
The premise is 200 meters away from the beach, with a panoramic view of the Ornos and Agiou Ioannis bay.
All the rooms have a view of the ocean.
The distance between the villa and Mykonos town is 4 kilometers, or 10 minutes by car. The same applies for the distance between the villa and the airport.
