Villa Rhea is bathed by the Cycladic sun and is ideal for a family or a small group of friends that want to spend relaxing and low budget vacations.
This newly built house combines modern aesthetics with Cycladic architecture offering cozy and relaxing stay. It is built in two levels with a separate entrance to ensure independence to the guests. It offers a wide sea and landscape view, as it is build on an uphill, overlooking the Aegean sea and the area of Kalo Livadi.
Villa Rhea is only a 10 minute walk from the famous cosmopolitan beach Kalo Livadi where all the restaurants, beach clubs and water sports are located.
The house can host up to 6 people (one double bed, 2 single beds and a bed sofa that turns into a comfortable and quality double bed).
On the top floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed and a private terrace with a beautiful sea view, a bathroom toilet with shower enclosure, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table for four, a living room with a bed sofa that turns into a comfortable double bed, TV and dvd player.
The living room is elegantly and minimal decorated with new modern furiniture.
Outdoors, there are large terraces, a covered pergola that offers shade during the hot cycladic summer days and a dining table for six. There are lounge chairs where someone can relax and enjoy the panoramic view over the Kalo Livadi bay.
On the ground floor, there are two double beds, a bathroom toilet with shower enclosure, a kitchenette with a dining table for two, TV and a private terrace with a magnificent sea view.
Both floors have security alarms, wifi and the house is fully air conditioned.
The property is a 5 minute drive to Ano Mera where you can find supermarket, pharmacy, ATM machine, gas station and many taverns located in the main local square.
A must visit is the 18th century Monastery of Panagia Tourliani.
