Villa Orcus is a majestic property, situated in the prime Agia Sofia areaand overlooking the Aegean Sea, conveniently close to Mykonos town and the new port.It consists of 9en suite bedrooms and a maid’s room (staff in-house) and offers an outdoor area with an Infinity Pool with spectacular panoramic sea/sunset views.
The especially elegant interior, which is filled with unique and exceptionally high-end pieces of furniture and art, is beautifully decorated with warm, earthly colorsand wooden details.The property stretches on multiple levels and features a Hammam unit, a gym area(indoor and outdoor with a sea view), a picturesque chapel,a Chef’s kitchen and a bio garden.
The property expands on multiple levels.Guests enter from the highestlevel which hosts the parking area and leads to the upper level withthe Hammam and gym facilitiesand the entrance to the first guest room (“Syros”) which features a mezzanine with an en suite double bedroom and a spacious wooden terrace with a built-in Jacuzzi(may be accessed from outside the bedroom too). The next level down (main/pool level) hoststhe main outdoor area with the Infinity pool, the pool bar, a pool bathroom facility (shower and toilet)and the 2 main accommodation unitson the left and right of the pool. The first unit hosts the kitchen and main living and dining area on the ground floor and 1 double bedroom (“Naxos”) on the first floor. Behind this unit is the Chef’s kitchenand staff facilities. The second unit hosts 2 double bedrooms(“Tinos” and “Andros”, optionally interconnected). Descending to the lower level, guestsmay findthe bio garden on the leftand enter a cave style passage on the right which exits to the guest houses area. This areahosts 5 independent guest houses with independent entrances(“Yaros”, “Baos”, “Rhenia”, “Delos”, “Paros”), akitchenettefor the guests of this level and the chapel. All guest houses are double except “Baos” which is single. In addition, “Delos” and “Rhenia” are optionally interconnected while “Rhenia” may also be set as a quadruple with the use of 2 roll-away pull-out beds. All units enjoy unobstructed sea/sunset views.
