The property and facilities, during the rental period, is at the full disposal of the guests. However, the pool maintenance and housekeeping may need to enter the property for maintenance reasons and we kindly ask the guests to extend then reasonable access for these purposes unless if the access is preorganized in advance
Code of conduct & due care:
The client undertakes to behave properly and shall not engage in any activity that may be nuisance or annoyance to other neighbor occupants or invalid of any insurance policy.
Failure of these can lead to immediate annulation of the rental with no further contractual obligations.
In the interest of safety, due care should be taken at all times especially with children. Suitable supervision should be given.
Force Majeure:
The company does not accept liability or pay compensation for any failure to perform hereunder when Force Majeure Occurrence occurs.
Acts of God ( including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane or other natural disaster), war, invasion, acts of foreign enemies, hostilities, civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, military or usurped power or confiscation, terrorist activities, nationalization, government sanction, blockage, embargo, labor, dispute, strike, lockout or interruption of failure of utilities, nuclear disaster, epidemics, quarantine, technical or administrative problems with transport or any other occurrences beyond immediate control and which despite all due care taken could not have been avoided.
COMPLAINTS
Should you have any complaint during your rental period, kindly bring it to our attention for immediate action. Any claim not reported during the stay, it will not be entitled for any attempt of resolution and possible compensation.
