The interior combines luxurious elements with the comfort of a welcoming house, making an amazing holiday villa for 12-14 guests. The villa has six airy bedrooms divided into two buildings and 3 floors.
The main entrance for the villa is from the main building on the first floor. Directly entrance to the main open-plan space with a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area suitable for 12 guests. Near the kitchen, there is a living area with a big Flat Screen TV with satellite channels and an energy fireplace. From the living area, there is direct access to the veranda with sofas, the ideal spot to drink your cocktail gazing the amazing sea view. On this floor, there is an interior balcony with a view of the interior pool. The first bedroom is located near the kitchen with a communal bathroom.
From the interior staircase goes to the attic of the villa with a bedroom, a Jacuzzi, and an ensuite bathroom.
Let you self-relax in the interior heated pool, which is on the ground level of the villa. Around the indoor pool, there are sunbeds and a communal bathroom. The pool can be heated with an extra cost! The ideal place for all over the year. On this floor, there are two more bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. The rooms have direct access to the yard.
Near the main building, there is another building with two big bedrooms, each one has an ensuite bathroom and a living area. A communal kitchenette is in the middle of the building suitable for all the guests that stay there!
Each bedroom of the villa has its own TV with satellite channels, bath amenities(shampoo, shower gel, soap, conditioner), free WiFi access, high quality of mattresses, linens, and towels by Cocomat. All beds are singles, which can be converted into doubles! Just let us know if you prefer single or double beds and we will arrange it!
Babies are welcome in our villa as we will provide you with baby cots and high chairs upon request.
The villa can host 12 guests in the existing beds. We can host two more guests on the sofa or two babies in the baby cots!
Outdoor
Getting out of the villa, the first thing that will impress you is the gorgeous view of the Cretan Sea. Imagine yourself swimming in the outdoor pool while your company prepares a BBQ meal in the outdoor BBQ.
Your kids will swim also with safety in the child outdoor pool. Spoil yourself in one of the outdoor living areas either in the balcony gazing the view or near the garden gazing the natural surrounding beauty. Wherever you may choose to sit, you will definitely love it!
