Entering the villa on the ground floor, you will find a spacious open plan area, which contains m, a fully equipped kitchen a dining area, and a living area with a big flat-screen TV and an energy fireplace. On the same floor, there is also a WC a double bedroom, and a bathroom completes the ground floor. On the first floor of the villa, there are two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms.
