Atria Retreat is a private complex of 3 villas next to each other. The thick stone walls are built with local materials in the traditional Cretan way, combined with the exceptional high wooden roof provide an airy cool, and dry environment. Each ground floor provides a fully equipped open planned kitchen with charming and relaxing dining and sitting area. On each second floor, they have two beautifully decorated bedrooms and a balcony that overlooks the swimming pool or the surrounding area. On the same floor, the villas have a modern bathroom with a shower facility.

The village Sivas is located in the South of Crete and the surrounding area of Phaistos.

Situated at the foot of the village Sivas, the Atria Retreat Villa offers a panoramic view of the Messara valley, the Psiloritis mountain, and the distinctive blue of the south Cretan sea in the distance.

Sivas is a historic village of approximately 400 inhabitants and has retained its unique character throughout its long history as it is known to have existed as a settlement at least since 1000 AC. Today, life in the village goes by at a very relaxed pace, and visitors are greeted with traditional hospitality at the cafes and taverns of the village square.

Atria Retreat is just a fifty minutes drive from Heraklion International Airport "N. Kazantzakis" to the south of Crete.

The area of Phaistos gives you plenty of options to spend your holidays, either it is hiking or walking trips, exploring the valley and mountains by bicycle, planning a boat trip combined with snorkeling or diving, horse riding at the beach, famous Cretan cuisine cooking courses and much more!
